Operations Skill Tree (Config - 05) - 18 Nodes

This is the MercStar standard operations skill tree that should be used on most Mercstar Drop Mechs. It is the most efficient use of nodes and should be the first tree populated on any mech.
Designed around heat efficiency, builds with a heat management above 1.5 may consider using one of the lesser operations trees to save nodes for other trees.
Completing this tree requires 18 nodes.
