COMMENTARY

This is the Ballistic hot map variant for running a Hellbringer. The UAC 10 pair's well with the ER Medium lasers from a range perspective and makes for a very nice equally ranged combination. Extra cooldown nodes have been selected in the associated skill tree to help improve the mechs overall DPS.
