This is a standard laser vomit configuration designed to deal consistent massive damage alphas from 450 - 300 meters. that is the optimal range of engagement anything inside of that opens you up to being picked apart by brawler and higher DPS builds. Your heat management should be fairly good even if you end up holding down the trigger, but the cLPLs have a much longer range and shorter duration than your cERML and should be used more often especially as you close to your optimal.
