COMMENTARY
Because the HBR is an omin mech these builds can be built on any HBR variant. This is a Long Range ER sniper mech that is designed for use at long ranges. Keeping distance is an integral part of making this mech work. It will be out dueled at closer range by almost any other kind of mech. Range is life in this mech!
