This is a fast closing brawler meant to get in close very quickly and distract while the larger more durable brawlers close to an effective range.  The XL engine makes it a little weaker than some brawling mechs but its speed and agility should help it live longer than normal.  The heavy armor tree has been added to this mech to increase its livability.
