==COMMENTARY==

This is the Ballistic hot map variant for running a Hellbringer.  The UAC fives when paired with the Heavy Medium lasers makes for a very nice combination.  Extra cooldown nodes have been selected in the associated skill tree to help improve the mechs overall DPS.
